Dividend aristocrats. Reinvest dividends, live like a miser, be filthy rich when you die, give some relative a huge chock when they get to inherit.

I am going to buy back in as soon as it pops resistance at around $470, I expect it to pump to around $600 before there's much chance of panic selling. Easy 10% return, you'd be a fool to sell now before a daily downward trend has been established.
>>
>>1004862
dow and usd with a decent leverage
>>
Why are bitcoins a meme on here of all the investment opportunities in the world? I mean who gives a shit? I don't get it
>>
>>1004862
you've made a terrible mistake
>>
>>1005243
not if he buys more after bitcoins crash again

that's how the game works son. You wait years for bitcoins to be worth something, sell them all, then when they go back down to being worth $100 a coin you buy some more and wait for them to go back up again.
>>
>>1005247
While that's true, I wouldn't have sold them today. Not while its moving sideways at resistance with lots of hype and positive announcements pushing the price. The chance of a positive breakout in the next 3 days is very high.
>>
>>1005265
Looks like you missed the "Habbening" thread.
>>
>>1005265
A coalition of major banks and tech companies announced yesterday that they're embracing cryptocurrency and making their own blockchain, which means they won't accept BitCoin as currency and will fight to keep it (their competitor) down, with the billions that each company involved INDIVIDUALLY has at its disposal.

BitCoin is dead. Those that know of it now know that it will never be the normalized currency it was supposed to be. Those that never knew much about it will only hear about this new corporate crypto.
>>
>>1004862
Buy again on the next bear which will be around 4%.
>>
>>1005337
the strength of bitcoin and why people use it is because it has nothing to do with banks and leaves them useless.
>>
>>1005346
It would have left them useless. It would have been the next big currency. Now they'll block it at every turn because they have billions of dollars in marketing, development, and [most of all] lobbying.

BitCoin will go the way of DogeCoin.
>>
>>1005337
I agree with this. I am sceptical of bitcoin on its face but if the banks decide to poison the well of cryptos they can and they will. see: gold

why would this world economy allow you to hedge?
>>
You fucked up, big time.
Screen cap my post and read it in 6 months, then kill yourself.

Bitcoin is most certainly NOT dead my friend. Sure, down the line, probably. But not right now. This theoretical-crypto-beancounter-coin on the other hand, is not even born and you're trying to tell me that BTC is dead?

I think you're jumping the gun a bit there.
>>1005346

>>1005351
Nope. The inherent attractiveness in bitcoin is exactly the fact that it is decentralised and NOT controlled by banks or governments. Which makes it the go-to for doing anything shady on an international scale. And shady people aren't exactly being bred out of the worldwide gene pool. Blackmarkets are only getting bigger and globalised, and along with it money laundering. Bitcoin loves those two things.
>>
>>1005353
How do you figure the banks can somehow replace BTC as the defacto currency for online blackmarkets? Honest question.
>>
>>1005199
You will be eventually fuck up with your predictions, you are the guy that thinks he's done the trade of his life at 600$, pretends to short and wakes up at 770 shakier than a nocoiner.

Lobbying, they'll make the use of BitCoin illegal because there's is protected from funding terrorists and drug cartels while BitCoin is not. Then they start shutting down and websites hosted in the US, arresting anyone still involved in BitCoin, and pressure other countries to do the same, which they eventually will.

It'll be a long and shitty road, sure, but BitCoin does not have a bright future.
>>
>>1005381
Thats plausible on a long enough timeline but alternatively I could see it just going underground and maintaining its hold on niche markets like silk roady type stuff. In that instance, it's not going away for quite a while, if ever. I think its going to be extremely difficult to successfully outlaw it entirely.
