Okay /biz millennial here and I just bought my first stocks yesterday.

Eh, its baby's first investment. Probably won't crash or anything, you have the weekend to hit a sell order on Sunday if for some strange reason the movie bombed. If not you can hold it and forget about it it could go up maybe 10% by March. The only thing I can really see driving the stock is if Star Wars hits 3 billion, if they somehow buy Star Trek off Paramount, and then Marvel Civil War hype.

Its a solid stock that you won't lose your shirt on guaranteed and don't need to stress on but if you bought it hoping it'd make you tens of thousands of profit I can't see it because usually these kind of known entities already are priced in by now.

The remaining 10 shares are what is called a "hedge." The true value is created by the quotient of the expected differential value (EDV) of the hedge. Sell when EDV reaches 50%.

I like Disney alright. Their annual reports are very colorful. (This is not a good reason.) I'm a bit suspicious about their potential growth, with a 22 p/e. But Star Wars could be huge, so who knows. Be sure to invest their mediocre dividends (and the rest of your money) in something else for some diversity. (Also, if you have less than $US100,000, just buy Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF or the like, and quit screwing around with individual stocks.)

Recommend OP that you read a book on investing. If you can't read just one book on this topic you shouldnt invest... It's kinda like playing a game and not knowing any of the rules and expecting to win... Won't happen.
