My mom works as a motel night auditor for 12/hour to barely meet her 20k/year low income housing minimum qualification limit.
I thought about teaching her basic affiliate marketing to at least try and make 15/hour so she won't have to work at a shitty highway motel graveyard shift but her english skills are poor.
What else can I teach that she maybe able to do easily? She only needs to make 20k/year and I can support her rest of the way.

How do I become more management minded?
I'm a 22 year old college dropout, recently promoted to third key at my retail wagecuck job. I'm barely scraping by - Constantly under-performing because I can't keep myself from fixating on small mistakes and letting it balloon up into an anxiety attack. Training and developing new hires and expressing even a shred of confidence seems impossible.
I don't want to get paid beans to make money for other people for my whole life but I'm clearly not anywhere close to ready to run my own business (whatever that business would end up being) since I can't even handle middle management at a video game store. How can I stop being such a beta and start taking charge of things and improve my life? Even the most basic steps would help.

Dude, work on your anxiety first. Make that your project for the next 6 months to "manage" your small mistakes.
if you're anything like me subconsciously it's probably because you want someone to take you by the hand and pat you on the back when you make mistakes and let you know it's okay... or alternatively your a perfectionist.
What ever the case you need to start infiltrating your own response patterns so when you make a minor mistake you fix it up as best as you can then MOVE ON.
there's a great line in Ray Dalio's Principles where he says "pain is just feedback telling you where you can improve" instead of repressing the feeling, interrogate it, investigate it. Understand the 'why' of this feeling, where it emanates from... and then just disrupt your programming so you DGAF

I continuously find myself running away from things that there's even the slightest chance of me making a mistake doing and gravitating towards things that are impossible to screw up. It's why I dropped out of college (or wanted to anyway, I got kicked out but that's a long story) and taking this promotion - which I initially didn't want when it was first mentioned to me - was me trying to step out of my comfort zone and try to tackle it. But obviously I'm not making too much headway because I had no idea what to do once I was here.

So my gf has an addiction to buying/selling items on a mobile MMO for virtual gold. Doesn't play the game much otherwise, just buys/sells, hunts for items at cheaper prices, bargains for stuff, and waits to sell them higher, and amasses huge quantities of virtual gold.

I really want to sell some software i made (C# + WPF). It's even 90% functional and use it in my work. Just need to push that last mile to sell it. basically need a good way to update it and also a website. Shopify and woocommerce both advertise as being able to support software. just need to do it god damn.
So not that Cannabis is becoming legal in Canada I am planning on creating a Cannabis company. I just inherited 200 acres of prime farmland in southern Ontario and plan on putting a large 5-acre greenhouse on it to start. I was looking at either growing and selling the full Marijuana Buds to retailers or just creating clones to sell to people that want to grow at home. Any thoughts on this?. Any people that are in the Cannabis industry with experience have any recommendations or comments?
