What's the absolute best, #1 book on trading, the one that teaches you about shorts longs, stop loss stop limits, sell/buy walls, reading candles/charts? There's too many out there I dont know what to do.
Also, suggest youtubers/video tutorials on same subject.

Most of it is about trading! Though a lot is focused on derivatives. And he does a good job of explaining practical applications for most everything he presents. It's my opinion that this is the preferable way to approach the market. But it's certainly not the only way!
Also, for a fun read, I'd recommend Jack schwager's book where he interviews successful traders and hedge managers about their lives and methods. Most of the interviews(i liked Part 3 the best) are super interesting and actually have good information to think about.
