Why haven't you moved to a flat-tax country in Eastern Europe, where you'd pay $300 for a luxury apartment in a nice neighbourhood, another $200 for food deliveries while investing all else with barely any tax burden?

Hey guys. Original Canadian plumber here, sorry I've been too busy to post lately I finally am almost able to retire now. Just finished doing a job on a Vancouver highrise this past month where I had to replace everyone's shower trims.

The building had 42 floors and each floor had 16 units. That's right 672 apartments for this strata needed all of their shower trims replaced. I was making Profits of close to 250$ per one that I installed. But that would only be around 169,000$ so I had to go further.

In about 24 of the apartments when I would enter and shut off the water valve so I could service it. As the tenants were gone I opened up the ceiling and screwed a tiny hole in the top of the 3/4" copper pipe with a drywall screw so it would start to leak.

I then did my shower trim job. Turned on the water and left as my plan started to work. I repeated this in over 24 units and within a week through my job the landlord called me into his office wondering why water was coming down the ceiling into their apartments all over the hard floor.

I simply told him the building is 40 years old and copper pipes start to leak after many years so he's going to need to repipe his entire building. He asked how much would it cost and I said around 800$ per unit if I do all the water lines in the ceiling in wirsbo that's a plastic pipe incase you guys don't know.


So now I'm in the process after hiring 2 idiot apprentices paying them only 13$ an hour. I'm doing an entire repipe that will last me probably 3-4 months.

I've already walked away with 169,000$ from the shower trim. My scam should pull me in 800$ per unit x 672 units 537,600$. Why the fuck would you try to make a living legitimately? Its just so much easier to scam people lol.

Oh by the way. Enjoy investing in digital garbage. In going to be pulling in over 1.35 million this year from all my jobs I've been doing. Have fun not being able to hold onto your precious bitcoin in your hands. Trumps going to ban crypto.

How about we put aside all the shilling and fudding and have ourselves a real business talk.

Me and a few friends of mine have been talking about an idea we had that we believe would be I wouldn't say groundbreaking but on the very least, innovative.

As you can probably guess I won't disclose what it is entirely. But the idea itself is to create a company that sells certain products (legal products) from our country that overseas are considered luxury products and are sold for huge amounts of money. For example: one unity of the cheapest product in question in my country goes for about 3$, but in other countries, Mostly china and the United States it can go for about 200% or 300% the base cost in my country. And most of those products are only sold in expensive top tear product related industries in other countries.

This is due to the fact that production and exportation of said product is very low, even though there is a lot of market demand for it (EU rules and whatever).

So, tl;dr for the most of it, we want to create an online shop that sells a cheap product in my country that is a luxury product overseas.

Now, this is were we do it differently than any other online shops that deal the same product (not that there are many). We would only sell the product for crypto instead of fiat. We would accept the main cryptos, like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin AND Neo.

Why Neo? Well, because we need money to pay a developing team, a marketing team, copyrights and all that in order to make the project itself go forward.

I wanted to know what you guys think about it and if anyone had any ideas on how to start a project on the Neo platform and so on so on.
