First time home buyer here about to look at a condo on Monday with my fiance. The condo was listed at 135k then dropped to 129k. I was thinking of offering 120k and going perhaps 123k max. Reason I chose 123k max because the last time it was bought about 6 years ago it was 123.5k, I know the market changes but it was the only thing I had to go by.
So any advice? What's the max I should go for this home?

/biz/ how do I stop selling early? I bought ans at $5 and sold at $11 because I thought "the growth was unsustainable". I put btc into tether when it was 3100 because I thought "it's a historical high, its gotta crash soon". Is anyone else this afraid whenever anything goes super green? Alright, I did it. I sold my ETH and lost more bitcoin. Now all that's left to do is watch bitcoin dip, sell it for ETH, watch it continue to rise and sell my ETH even lower losing more bitcoin.
