I shopped around for other grape juice but Welch actually uses real grapes.

And I don't believe your claim that they contain fructose only. All fruit juice is quite high in fructose (and never contains corn syrup, because if it did it wouldn't be fruit juice) but grape juice is famously also high in glucose.
