What is the most amazing thing you know about Space?

The stories and information posted here are artistic works of fiction and falsehood.
Only a fool would take anything posted here as fact.

the light is massless, it's not affected by the gravity. It still moves at one planck distance per planck time... it's just that the plank time/distance are fundamentally warped. It's the speed of causation at play, not the gravity.

Do you know how humans first observed a Black Hole? Like the event which sparked our interest?

Astronomers looked in the sky and saw something weird. A star was "wobbling" back and forth, but would repeatedly disappear only to re-appear. This "blinking" star was kinda a mystery. What was doing that?

It wasn't until later did they realize:
That star was orbiting around a Black Hole, and it just so happen to be at our vantage point where when that star was "behind" the Black Hole and our vantage point, it would suck all the light in preventing us from seeing it temporarily.

Something out there has such a huge gravitational pull, it lassos a huge star much larger than it, and swings it about like a child swinging an airplane on a string.

I found the entire story really memorable and cool.

so get this, notice how Andromeda and our galaxy is on a collision course like ARP 81 for example.

What we are seeing here is what is known as the local group. this is what we are able to see. however, if galaxies are on a collision course with eachother and tend to get pulled in, then that means at the end of time when all the gases, debris, asteroids, planets, blackholes and all the other shit alike is together, one spark could cause a big bang. think about it

Something I learned in class is pretty much everything in space involving relativistic travel or black holes actually happens along geodesics, which are basically the shortest possible path between two points.

So curved paths around objects of large gravity are actually the shortest possible paths. This also explains why going really fast somewhere and coming back has you age far less than a "stationary" object, because your path through space/time attempts to approximate a straight line.

The sun is binary star with Sirius. They revolve around each other in 24 000 year cycle with highly elliptical orbits. Furthest distance was around 500AD and they are now falling towards each other. Ancients were aware of this cycle and tought that "golden age" will come when they are near each other.

http://binaryresearchinstitute.com/bri/

This also causes the precession of the equinoxes, not wobble on earth axis. Current lunisolar theory is full of holes and cannot explain why precession is accelerating. Sirius and planets in the solar system won't move with precession which invalidates current theory that it's caused locally.

It's just a matter of time when people realize this. Solar system moves trough space at high speed and orbits same center of mass with Sirius. Most of the stars are binary systems just like ours.

When the Sun shines upon Earth, 2 – major Time points are created on opposite sides of Earth – known as Midday and Midnight. Where the 2 major Time forces join, synergy creates 2 new minor Time points we recognize as Sunup and Sundown. The 4-equidistant Time points can be considered as Time Square imprinted upon the circle of Earth. In a single rotation of the Earth sphere, each Time corner point rotates through the other 3-corner Time points, thus creating 16 corners, 96 hours and 4-simultaneous 24-hour Days within a single rotation of Earth – equated to a Higher Order of Life Time Cube.

If you graph space (for simplicity, we'll stick to just 2 dimensions of space) on a graph's x and y and put time on t with units on x/y of light-seconds and t in seconds, you can draw a square double-cone radiating from any point in space and time oriented axially along the t axis.

Points in front of this cone inside of it can be affected by an event at that time, and points behind it could have possible influenced the event.

However, all points outside this cone cannot possibly affect or be affected by the event.

This has interesting consequences, as events that occur simultaneously across long regions of space cannot be measured as simultaneous, and shit that travels really fast (i.e. near the edge of the cone) will intersect various cones at varying areas depending on your observation.

This means that the simultaneity of any two events is in fact totally subjective based on how fast you're moving towards one.

>>745110532
the Big Bang theory implies time came into existences at the moment of the singularity of the cosmos (t = 0). However, you autistic point that nobody was around to test it is technically right. It makes it appear you have a sad life that you have nothing to scream about other than people didn't exist (not to mention time and matter didn't exist). But you're sort of right, we don't know. There are a few indications that time started at the big bang, or at least it had some form of discontinuity. This might be wrong though. According to General Relativity, there is no such thing as an absolute time. Time is always relative to an observer, without the universe there would be no corresponding concept of time. All observers within the universe would have their clocks "slowed down" the nearer they are to the big bang (nearer in time). At the big bang point, their clock would stop. This said, we know that GR doesn't apply as-is all the way to the Big Bang.

>being this retarded
real science has led to amazing discovers. immediately interpreting flickering of stars as being gavitational effects of planets from trillions of miles away, might be what you want to believe, but doesn't make it inherently true.
there's a large number of known reasons why a star would flicker, or show gravitational anomalies. by the same maths you're accepting the fact that planet X is real, something the size of saturn in our solar system, which we have yet to find. literal super computers can't create the known solar system without the so called planet x thrown in to balance everything.
does that make it real? no, it simply suggests something's wrong with the input data, or we simply haven't found planet x yet.
regardless it's ridiculous to jump to such foolish conclusions, considering for all we know stars are just giant light bulbs which we've turned into massive stars/suns because it helps us cope with being trapped in this solarsystem/dome/gay earth by aliens.

I think the one I liked the most was the idea that when any alien civilization reaches a certain technological point in their society, they can upload their minds to a virtual construct to satisfy most of their needs and then the need to expand through the galaxy consuming resources and territory basically becomes irrelevant.

How old are you? did you really answer the question correctly? did your answer entail some sort of calculation when a mass of carbon and hydrogen and some other elements, slid out of the mass of a similiar chemical make up, you call your mother?

Well sir fuck you, you are wrong. You are made of atoms, these same atoms have been in a cycle of having been in a number of stars, before those stars exploded, and further back, those protons were a part of a gas cloud of hydrogen that permeated the primordial universe, before coalescing into the first stars, those ancient protons and neutrons and other particles that now are amassed for you to waste time on something as trivial as 4 chan, all were the result of energy dissipating and allowing the quarks that made these subatomic particles possible.

further back and you see gluon plasma, even further back, the universe, and all the energy and matter, were condensed soo much, that it existed in an inconveivable state, where the four forces, Electromagnetic, Gravitational, Weak, and Strong forces, were actually one singular force. before that, it is impossible to tell. Youre particles, you, are as ancient as the universe when it first exploded into its various states and expansions, Billions of years ago.

But what is more amazing than all of this, is the existence of retards that actually believe, and fight really retarded hard to make others believe, that the Earth is fuckin flat! What the fuck is wrong with these retards?
