For me at least it's pretty shallow and shitty. I recently got out of an emotionally abusive relationship (I don't want to rehash it, I've brought it up in dozens of threads, I'm the guy who dated the girl with the 7-year-old kid) and I didn't even get the satisfaction of being the one to end it. With uni and work I'm double-teamed to the point where I haven't spoken to any of my friends in months, and we'd been drifting apart anyway. I'd wager 70% of people I've met have stopped talking to me and stopped liking me for no reason (as in it happened overnight and I can't figure out why), this includes the friends I made at my new job that I started three months ago. This is compounded by constantly decaying mental health and ability to distinguish between fantasy and reality, and a drinking problem that's only going to get worse.

As I said, same as everyone else on 4chan.
