no need to.

1. choose your "in the wild" target location. have a few solo week-end trips to know the site. avoid being tracked: no cellphone, no public transport involving security cams. noone must know.

2. buy some used van and pack it with everything you will need to settle there. then park it near an airport.

3. choose a random location in some hard to reach place. say, northern Alaska. Tell friends and family you're moving there. Actually move there for some time, say 10 days. Use internet and cellphone only to tell friends you'll be barely reachable - alibi to keep them quiet when you'll switch definitely off your cellphone.

4. leave your phone there and go back to your packed van and go for the designated spot.

5. this way, it'll take them quite a while to get in touch with you:
- by facebook / cellphone
- by checking about your physical presence there (police won't give a shit because they will know you took a plane to go back)
- by checking airports and shit
- by checking surroundings for your presence
- and everytime knowing that you didn't anything illegal and just don't want to be annoyed again.

eventually they will just accept it and stop searching for you.

Do i need a passport to travel from UK to france?(not op here just in similar position as op) got rejected from UK army and it's my only dream to serve, i'm built for it only.
i've been told after my rejection to join foreign legion but don't have ind ate passport and not much funds atm.

you dont need your passport to join, but as far as the french goverment is concerned you are dead. If you want it to be that way. I went through the gates of the facility and asked them to change my identity. They made a story and as far as the united states goverment is concerned , old me is dead.

When I joined(8 years ago), they had doctors do the normal shit and after that you just went through the gates and that was it. You were in. In the beginning theres about 1 month of French lessons(You better learn quick) coupled with standard army phyiscal shit. If you get through month one they start dehydrating you and malnourishing you, this is only for a bit I promise, before you go out and train for the day I would always drink a shit ton from the fountains and throw up later but still be hydrated. THis lasts for about a month then you receive your blue cap(huge honor) then finish training in France and train in different countries. I went to french guiana to train for jungle warfare. After that you are deployed and life is good. Always got enough stuff and its comfy, dont get too comfy. I got sent to east africa. Bastards shot at us at every chance,(always miss). I cant describe how it affected my life. It was amazing.

The max age is 40, I joined on my 21 first birthday, I was naive and stupid at the time, it teaches life skills man. Nowadays im cool as ice, dont really get really angry and can keep control.
I think the max age for us young adults is probably 35, thats when you start slowing down.
I joined because I had got nowhere in life and my family hated me so I said screw it and I have a wife and a kid on the way in Calais!

Alright, its july 21 2011, im in Djibouti. Eastern near coast. We're there to protect the goverment from terrorists and looneys. Im in the passenger seat of a transport truck and we hear a crack up front at the start of the convoy. Draver slams brakes and I jump out grab my famas and hit the ground. Whole squad jumps out the back of the truck. A private sticks his head like a dumbass to see whats up front, gets slammed hard by a 7.62 in the chest. Yell at our corpsman to drag him to the truck

Round misses the kids heart and hes in a lot of pain. Tell the driver to use the truck to block off the road. My squad lead moves us up to the front car and we begin enaging some Africans in the treeline about 200 yards out. I manage to pop one in the gut and he falls. At this point with a casualty we would fuck off and retreat, but the government building was our objective to reach and secure a perimeter around.
Squad leader gets dinked in the head with a sniper rifle, skims his helmet(lucky fucker). To clarify, we are in a pot hole off the side of the road thats maybe 25 feet long. We can't run anyway and know we got a sniper.

We run our asses back to the trucks, where I see our trucks driver shot to shit, I have to pull him out and put him in the pothole. Squad lead gets in as driver and we haul ass to the government complex while getting shot at. Couple hours later another convoy went on the route and didnt find the driver. A deployment could last 3 months or 5 years. Up to command. A standard mission for me, which were patrols and insertions were from 2 hours to a week

Yeah!, in our free time on base we were not allowed to leave base, but the african locals had a very strong moonshine type drink that everyone loved. We would buy them with ak bullets, which they would later in return shoot at us with. One night a couple friends of mine go out towards the village to buy some. No running water or lights. As we walk into the village we realize we just fucked up. Because we saw about 15 black men with ak's against a wall looking towards our base.

Alright, we see these dudes and I tell my friend Rupert to back out and leave, while I purchase the moonshine. I walk up towards the dudes with my rifle on my back and with bullets in my hand and they recoil back point their rifles at me and look scared as fuck. I throw the bullets to the ground and gesture "drink". they get it and call the woman who makes it. She takes the bullets and leads me into the villages main hut. The dudes with ak's were behind me. And i was thinking 'FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK". She brings out the moonshine and hands me a clay pot with some of it inside. I take a seat and sip it. The men sit down and have some too. So I basically spent the night there in the village getting drunk with the men who were supposed to kill me. Quite fun, in the morning I walked back to base without my rifle. Idk what the fuck happened to it. And got chewed out by my superior. To this day Rupert says im bullshitting. Good times
