Depends on how up to date. What's the IOS version?

Search "how to bypass iphone lock screen" and if you have the ios version you can add "pre ios xxxx".

For instance, if it is pre-iOS 10.3.3, you can prompt siri for 'cellular data' and then the phone is unlocked.
