No, after a certain point climate change becomes irreversible. For example, there's a shitload of methane trapped in the arctic ice. If it melts all of it will.be released into the atmosphere. Methane is 20 times worse than CO2. Also ice is white and reflects incoming sunlight really well. Less ice means less reflection and therefore it gets even warmer.
