Listen here OP, you have 2 things to square away before you get locked up.
1- get your finances taken care of. Sell the car if you're still making payments, etc. Get a couple awesome friends to offer you a couch to sleep on for a bit when you're out depending on your situation.
2- and I cannot stress this enough, go down to your local porn shop and get a set of butt plugs. Like not just one, but the set that gets progressively larger. You're gonna want that shit hole dilated by the time you're in there, cause you're obviously not ready to fight the top guy. What you can do is be his main bitch. You start out being a happy slut, but you start helping him with the daily affairs, strategy, gossip and who to kill and other prison stuff. Eventually everyone will see you as the real mastermind and make you the leader.
I've seen this done before once and I believe it can happen again.

Try to get to some max security prison like adx florence. That would be a nice adventure.

Stay out of the politics. You don't have to participate, you can do your time as a civilian. However if something jumps off you have to join with your race. Don't be a bitch. Don't snitch. You didn't see anything and you don't say anything if you did.
Don't talk to COs without another person present.

Contrary to what a dipshit in here said the "guards" are there to help you.

Don't make friends, especially if they look like part of some gang. Try to look for friendly people like you, don't be a snitch and don't do anything that would affect another gang members. Try to be "friendly" but don't show weakness, if they threaten you, you stand up and face them, try not to fight or your gonna get bad reputacion. Only fight people wich you know you're going to win and are not part of any gang.

Or you can be a gang owner side bitch.
