I did have an infection of molloscum about a year ago which I contained by picking away the lesions. That's what I think it may be. It could also be a fungal infection

Possibly vitiligo. It can come and go but it probably wont go. You may also have some on your joints (knuckles, wrists etc). I have it myself and nobody really ever notices. Then again I dont have many spots.
