I used to work in web development. This is what happens when designers are in charge and developers have no say in user experience. The majority of designers I've met in my life are fucking morons are and design every website layout based on their "coolness" factor rather than thinking about how users will run a site.

In turn, we would get PSDs that made no sense with unclear instructions on how to develop the design so that users could navigate all the functionality.

This is every agency. They hire these hipster designers with hollow heads and they fill up project management roles with people who have no idea what they're doing so that they can appear politically correct and not some racist agency that only hires white males.

I got out of that shit and I'm glad I did. My drinking has drastically reduced.
