Has any of you actually tried living (i.e. spending more than 7 consecutive days) in a confined space, say, anything below 12 sq. meters?

I've been living in approx 11 sq. meters for 4 years. The longest I can take without going outside is roughly 4 days. I find confinement to become **extremely** mentally hazardous beyond that.

Even with space station-grade equipment (e.g. ventilation, lighting, water treatment, medicine etc. -- and let's add physical exercise gear to all those pictures, please…),

confinement (esp. solitary) is **very** hard.
