My homemade chicken stir fry

>Add the sauce: 4 parts oyster sauce, 1 part cooking sherry, drizzle of sweet soy sauce (not too much or it will turn out like caramel)

Serve immediately in a pre-heated bowl, soy and sweet chilli sauce to taste. No photos unfortunately, I'm always too hungry to bother.

Living in NYC, I have unlimited choice of Thai, Portuguese, Mexican, Jamaican, you name it.

This fucking piece of shit cart food is my favorite things of all time.

It's yellow rice, lettuce, chicken and beef, and bit of pita. Comes with this ranch/mayo type sauce and very hot red sauce. It's $7. I fucking love this place. One time I got drunk, got three platters, and finished them all at home in one night.

Pic related was my first impulse, but I generally love things that have multiple foods like a full English breakfast, or Spanish tapas.

A brettljause is what you get on a wooden plate in any Alpine restaurant or "food hut" in the mountains in Austria.

Usually Austrian "bacon" which is smoked, some Austrian-salami type sausage, boiled eggs, a type of breadpsread similar to lard, but with great flavor and bacon bits, pickles, cheeses, tomatoes onions, dark bread...

I love it.
