As an actual trap heres my pro cons keep in mind that hrt doesnt change everyone the same the reason me and the person pictured in the time lapse look so fem is due to already being slightly fem looking before hrt. I choke down a shot glass full of linseed (of flaxseed if you're American) every day - they have pretty good estrogen properties. I'd say that if you've started, go as far as you naturally can. Naturally as "don't do anything medical if not for changing sex". Because you can feel good not trapping or fully trapping, but you can't feel good going half way.

Hormones are too much if you don't really plan on changing sex. Do some cardio sport, put a wonderbra and play with you nipple, that'll do the trick for the breast. Work on your voice, shave or pluck, and work on what you can change by yourself. Medecine isn't a good idea, as it's not reversible. And you don't want an eventual error to be irreversible.
