Among all qualities a man can have like good looks, athelticism, intelligence, height seems to be the most important for woman, because they are biologically hardwired to find bigger mates. Height is a good indicator of size because female has to always look up to catch the eyes of their spouse.

This concept is hard to grasp for males, because we aren't hardwired like that. If you asked men, I doubt the first thing they'd look in a woman would be height, or if so, they likely wouldn't give an answer like "taller the better."

The only thing that likely beats height is an artificial quality, which is wealth/social status. And even then if a woman has to pick between 2 wealthy people, then she'd definitely pick the taller one.
