The biggest reason is a two front war involving Russia as an aggressor, but, for all of the technological and tactical ingenuity of Germany, the Nazi party and it's government was rife problems involving factionists, corruption, disloyalty, etc. the government was fairly unstable and a coup was immanent.

Further, the fact that Germany was also fighting partisan guerrillas mean that even if they did win the war, realistically they would be engaged in an ongoing guerrilla war, probably until close to the end of the century if not later, because they had a very difficult time effectively combatting the underground resistant movements during the war as is, never mind a larger, even more popular front should they have won.
