They are doing everything right, by moving slowly and thinking carefully, instead of you opening the gates to low skilled migrants without a real plan how to deal with them.

Japan would actually be a good experiment to see what happens to a country without immigration and compare its state in lets say 100 years from now to countries that do allow mass immigration from people with vastly different "cultures". My hypothesis is that they will keep their own values and traditions while the other countries might lose their heads. Keep it up Japan, be proud and though on who you allow to live there, no other country has the right to say who you should allow in your own country.
