Stopped with alcohol now 28 days ago. Still some cravings. But still no single drop in those days.

Drank 4 to 6 liter of beer at night. It's tough but I feel much better.

Cigarettes. Can hardly breathe when i wake up in the morning until I smoke a cigarette. Only 22. Vicious cycle.

Honestly I'm addicted to wiping my boogers on the side of my bed. I've been doing it every time I pick my nose since I was 8. It's awful and I can't stop. Pls help
