i dont mean to be a dick or nothin but since this is already a spoiler thread - im pretty sure the fact that the night king doesn't just throw spears to kill the jackasses stranded on a rock (or maybe instruct his legions on the use of a bow...) confirms that bran is the night king. Without going into insane detail, essentially the idea is that bran wargs back into the body of the man who is shown to become the night king at the hands of Leaf, the child of the forest who was with the 3 eyed raven, and becomes the Night King himself. The only way the Night King would have known that if he just waited patiently, he would be delivered one potential ice dragon is if he was in fact a time traveling crippled boy who could see the future. If the Night King can't see the future, it means he's laughably stupid and only decides to throw spears (which he's pretty fucking great at, apparently) once he no longer has sitting ducks to throw them at, and that the army of the dead can wield swords but somehow not pull a bowstring or throw anything. Hell, even rocks would have done the trick. So, yeah, Bran is the Night King or at the very least the Night King can also see the future.

There are two powerful horns in the lore, the horn of winter that raised the Giants and is said to bring down the wall if it was blown again. Also, the horn of summer which Euron seems to be in possession of, which can bind dragons to it. So, if the series follows the books close enough, it will take a horn to bring down the wall (at the first of the first men Jon and company find buried dragon glass and a horn that makes no sound). Euron in the series still hasn't revealed his possession of the horn of summer, which will bind Danys dragons to him, and he will present them to Cersi as his gift to get what he wants.
