I've also heard shit like someone breaking into my house then checking and finding nothing. I don't think I'm schizo but does that line up to any stages you remember? Interesting. I don't like to armchair psychologist, especially on myself but I have been diagnosed as bipolar type 2 by a retired psychologist I met through school. It really isn't unbearable but these have been persistent for a bit over a year, at least 4-5 times a month. Maybe it won't actually develop past this as I don't know of any schizophrenics in my family and it seems to be a mostly genetic disorder. Also if you get a chance to, do dmt it helped my mental state so much. I felt completely normal mentally for three weeks after it but now I'm back to 'normal'.
