First responder to a car crash in rural NSW, Australia. Family of 5 had crashed and gone under the guard rail somehow, it ripped the roof off on one side but crushed down the right side. The mother was decapitated and shoulder/arm had been ripped off exposing her chest cavity. The father had a compressed neck and broken skull when the roof crushed down on his side.
