Reporting back after looking through all missing persons, not just Georgia. The only relevant females missing in the southern US are elderly women at that time.

A mentally ill dude went missing in Phoenix, Arizona, 4 days before that with no follow up information on his case.

There's not anything pertaining to that date at all. But missing persons are only people who are reported missing. If he is slaying prostitutes, nobody is reporting them missing so nobody is looking for them.

I wouldn't rule anything out. But the OP said he wasn't in the location previously. I imagine he isn't now, either. If the amount of tapes shown in the original thread are individual murders, that's an incredibly body count to not arouse suspicion on a huge scale.
