I'd like to add some knowledge I've found. The artificial butter flavor that caused popcorn lung in the factory wasn't regulated. The people that got it were inhaling large amounts over an extended period of time. Diacetyl is found in cigarettes as well, and in larger amounts than e-cigarette juice. There have been no cases of popcorn lung in cigarette smokers, just cancer, emphysema, pneumonia, etc. To get popcorn lung from vaping you'd have to vape pure diacetyl for a while and then die as a stupid person lol

Well, I'm just telling you my experience. Been vaping since '08 and I've seen and used many different devices, but one thing remains the same: coils get gunk on them. Could be he's using different juice that doesn't gunk up as much. Anything with a lot of color and/or very sweet flavors will create a lot of build up. I tend to stick to lighter less sweet flavors because of this.

I did a lot of research before I started, and as long as you stay away from the diacetyl, you should be good to go.

For my entire life I've been able to hold my breath for 45 secs, but lately I noticed I can for 1.5 mins without much discomfort, despite no physical activity; this could be from vaping or could be a coincidence. For perspective, I've never been overweight or unhealthy and am currently 158lbs and 5'11", and am at my computer 15 hrs a day.

Not a smoker or a vaper, but for me, and everyone I talk to, vapers are way more annoying than smokers. Smokers at least know how annoying the smell is and will avoid blowing it in your face or smoking in a vehicle with you. While vapers will blow a gigantic fruit smelling breath cloud directly in your face and look you in the eyes waiting for you to say something just so they can say "it's not hurting anyone".

The higher the ohm, the faster youll hit higher volts.
Some box mods top out at 4.2v. Some at 7 or 9v.
Essentially, you cant really do anything stupid with a regulated box mod anymore.
A regulated box mod has a sweet spot. Usually depending on how true the voltage is, per chip.
Sweet spot for most regulated boxes is anywhere between .25 and .4
But each box likes a certain ohm.
What are you using? Box, tank/ dripper, wire and batteries, please

Building coils is as hard or simple as you want it to be
Installing coils is essentially the same process, regardless of what insane coil you decide to go with.
It does save you exponential money and can save your ass if its 2am and all vape shops are closed and youre dying for a coil.

So I'm using a rx300 a friend gave me using these mxjo batteries which I read are not that great. I bought a vf12 from someone with coils in it that read .5 that I made

It's currently at 50 watts at 4.9-5v or so and it would say it's at 9.7 amps or 10

So I guess my question is, would using this device like this considered safe or stupid? Sometimes I push it to 60 watts but end up bringing down

Nah. Safe all the way. The amp ratings kinda went to the wayside when regulated devices, such as yours, came about and were actually trusted.
Nowadays, if youre doing something unsafe, your box wont let it happen.
Youve got to really try your hardest to blow up a regulated vape.
98% of devices with some sort of screen or readout of more than just voltage, is regulated and pretty much idiot proof.

Premium juices are worth the price, most of the time. Dyed juices or juices full of sugar usually will fuck up your coils fast. I usually go with clear or not very dark juice. Its really up to you to try what you think youd like. The Naked juice line has been very popular and clean. But coil health starts with babying your coil in beginning stages of its life. Such as proper saturation and filling just above the cotton windows a few times before filling it all the way

Sites that promote 120ml at $20 have been good to me like vapemoar or mbv whenever I'm in a pinch, they're alright so far.
