I used to think so until I got hit with a care and control charge (a thought crime, same punishment as a DUI) as I was getting tools out of my trunk to build a shed.

The only thing I said over and over was that I don't understand my rights and I want a lawyer. This went on for 3 hours of me saying this over like a broken record when another copy I guess became frustrated and slammed me to the ground I wasn't being aggressive in the slightest.

Come court time their statement said I was extremely intoxicated (not true I hadn't even finished my 6 pack and I'm 6'2 220lbs), I failed to follow simple instructions, and that I never requested a lawyer. When I read that they claimed I never requested a lawyer I was so livid I could barely control myself.

Fuck these fucks. They're just bullies with a badge. They literally think they're demi God's or some shit.

My life was basically ruined for 3 years because I was getting tools out of my trunk to build a shed at my house while drinking a couple of beers.

Fuck em all. I don't give a fuck. My taxes pay for them to fuck me over for no reason. I had a clean record before this, as well.
