See, the problem with a lot of fluffy stuff is that it's just straight-up abuse. Yeah, that's fun and all, but it's also kinda pointless; you can abuse ANYTHING, it doesn't have to be a fluffy.

No, the chief trait of a fluffy is their stupidity, even to the point of working against their own self-interest. THAT is what makes for a good fluffy comic. Just hitting one with a bat? Boring. Putting a picture of sketty above a big hole so fluffies run for it and fall in? THAT's funny. leg amputation alone is boring, but convincing a fluffy to give up its legs in exchange for something it wants, and then pointing out that getting its legs back later is impossible? Glorious!

That's what we need more of; their own stupidity biting them in the ass.

Alternatively, training them OUT of their stupidity. One of the best comics I ever saw had a fluffy trained so well that even while its new herd and smarty were being destroyed, it instinctively ran for the litterbox because good fluffies don't make poopies anywhere else, but sobbing the whole way. Glorious!

This story is glorious. The only part I don't like is the ending; I guess I'm a hugboxer at heart. I WANT to love fluffies, but its their flaws that make me want to punish them.
