Cnn, like all news outlets, does it's best to be as accurate and honest as possible. As seen on politifact a majority of statement are mostly or entirely true and a vast majority are at least partly true (usually true with some biased analysis). What's truly concerning is how Trump has rallied Reublicans against the even more credible new York times and Washington Post. As seen in the chart, it would seem, beyond WSJ, most Republicans get their news from Glenn beck, Fox news, and Breitbart which have grisly low scores on politifact. I think the real question is when will sheep learn to do independent research online to discover where and how to find accurate information rather than just trusting their Facebook news feed.
