I suggest going outdoors if you feel in control. On a high enough dose shapes will blend like in a painting, you will see reality from a different perspective.
For example i could "feel" the size of the earth just by staring at the sky and ground.
Sunsets are amazing :D
Also if you hit a rainbow you will cry because of its beauty.

If you stare long enough at a leaf you will see fractals and youll lose your mind in abstract concepts that make no sense

Staying inside is boring as fuck.
