MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE (1987) was the first film I can ever recall that had a live-action teaser appear at the end of the film (Skeletor's head popping out of the pool). Scared me as a kid, and I think Marvel borrowed the idea from that film. I also consider MOTU to be a superhero movie, and Frank Langella was fantastic as Skeletor.

The Incredibles is one of the best animated movies ever made.

Objectively it's pretty good


It captured both the grey morality and complexities while also being a movie about a real true superhero, not a mopey dick or someone who needs a selfish reason to pick up the mantle. Wonder Woman is a great hero because she WANTS to help people and doesn't need a reason but is also her own interesting character.

WW and Steve is also the best chemistry in a superhero relationship except maybe Peter and Gwen in TASM movies.

The entire No Mans Land stuff in second act in some of my favorite stuff in any superhero movie, from an amazing action scene, to a dramatic moment to wonder Woman to step up, to smaller more intimate moments like the campfire scene or Steve and Diana celebrating after liberating Veld.

He's kind of a boring doofus in the current movies he's just not over powered

He just never once comes off as a wise Viking warrior and they seemed to take pleasure in spending time on dumb stuff (showing us the fish out of water with the stupid scientists and Earth, Loki is everything lolz) and ignoring Asgard and the warriors three and some of the really cool aspects of Thor's lore

And this new one is Raganrok but it's also trying to be Planet Hulk and tie into the Guardians

I just feel we've never gotten and probably won't ever get that really good Thor movie. Iron Man had Iron Man 1, Cap had Cap 2 and 3, I don't see Thor having that damn good movie plus great adaption.
