That much nicotine would definitely cause nausea and stomach irritation by itself. But if it's been going on for like 15 years then I'm inclined to think it's something like IBS. Chewing tobacco would definitely exacerbate the symptoms you already have.

Try adding more fiber to your diet, and some peppermint oil. Best thing to do though is quit tobacco

TMJD related neuralgia. It is a complex pain involving irritated nerves, joint damage, inflammation, and muscle tension. Prognosis for this is poor. The best remedy is usually avoiding chewing gum and potentially wearing a mouth guard when you sleep to correct your jaw alignment if possible.
