If you want to look cut, like a swimmer, you lift a moderate amount of weight for high number of repetitions for each exercise (5-6 sets of 15-20 repetitions). If you want to strength train, like the Op, you lift a high amount of weight for low number of repetitions for each exercise (1-2 sets of 3-5 repetitions).

The goal of strength training is to empty your tank rapidly, lifting as much as you physically can lift just a few times, which is why 45 minutes a day will actually get you more gains than working out for 2 hours a a day.

I absolutely Agree. I never actually went through Keto flu so i don't know it's hardships. Right from the get go i made sure to get enough salt and take a magnesium supp. I eat about 1600 calories a day and i lose on average 1-1.5 lbs every single morning. It's amazing and I will be doing this for the rest of my life.

No..that is very wrong. I have been researching and studying diets and nutrition for the past 10 years of my life, and can assure you that what I am doing is 10 times more healthy than eating a "balanced" diet that the government churns out. There is literally. Literally, no such thing as an unhealthy amount of weight loss in a short period of time. What matters is HOW you lose it. Not to mention, I wont ever be gaining this weight back, so not sure what you are talking about. I'm not doing a fad diet or a quick fix, I have physically changed my way of eating entirely for the rest of my life. When i get my blood tests back the results are Amazing and my doctor goes nutty when he ses the results, I have never been more healthy in my entire life.
