Me too, one head doctor certified I was bad enough to get full disability, yet I really don't understand why. I don't have hallucinations, (though I guess I could and not know) or hear voices. I do talk to myself now and again but it's only sotto voce muttering and I don't interrupt. I've read of something called "flat affect" and that might be me but I'd always heard being imperturbable was a virtue, not insanity.

Luckily i'm very selfaware and haven't had a break in 7 years. I take a dose of 600 mgs of seroquel everyday and i'm fine (with the exception of needing to sleep for 12-15 hours) I am hoping one day down the road to switch to CBD as it has anti psychotic properties on top of anti depressant and anxiety.

I'm just worried that kicking my regular meds will make me go insane again and get arrested like i did when i was younger.
