Again, this is just non-sense. The Warhammer universe is based largely around aesthetics and creative preference. It really doesn't make sense to compare Warhammer to Halo.

it's not that space marines wouldn't win, it's whether or not either one would be believable. The sheer size and power of a space marine is laughable while spartan-IIs underwent experimental procedures with high attrition rates that expired half the recruits.
