I guarantee if he didn’t eat like a fucking cow, he could easily lose 30lbs in his first month of just fucking trying, regardless of exercise or not. After the first month the weight loss would slow down, but not much, because he’s so damn big. Weight loss is as simple as calories in vs calories out. It’s not complicated whatsoever. This guy is literally eating 5x the amount of calories that a normal person should eat just to maintain his weight.

If he wanted to exercise, which would speed up his metabolism somewhat, he could walk in place. He could sit on the edge of the bed and do leg raises. He could just clap his hands above his head over and over like he’s doing a half jumping jack.

But, you know, that takes effort, which his loser ass is unwilling to put forth.

Also, diet is 90% of weight loss, so he wouldn’t have to exercise at all. He would just have to eat at a deficit. Instead of eating 5x the amount of calories it takes to sustain a normal person, he could eat 4x.

I was a fat fuck. still kinda am but I tried numerous cardio methods, Jogging, biking, stair masters etc etc. Even when I was doing good with the eating I wasn't seeing crazy good results and would just lapse again. I didnt lose more than 40lbs at a time.

I almost gave up but then stumbled upon /fit and never looked back. I said F it with the cardio and started lifting. I dropped almost 80 lbs in a year.

I'm at 250 now and have never felt better.
