They would have honestly broken up (which you can argue if that's good or not) but I don't love this or even like it really. I think it's like a 6 or a 5 out of 10. I'm 22 and I'm finally getting into death/black metal. But I have heard European Free Jazz albums that hit harder than most metal records I listened to in high school. I only listen to it for the punch now really, and the diversity of the songs. Metal for the most part is to easy for me to pick apart since learning theory.

I don't like them nearly as much as I did. But I still do like the punch/rawness of "ST7T" and the melodies and rawness/punch on Waking the Fallen. After that it's more songs. Like I didn't care much at all for the Stage. It's not that it was to out there, it just was like borderline out there and kinda lame. Plus they did "weird" things at the sake of the songs in my opinon.

Example:
Invade; very great evolution from their other singer before Tim.

Elite; Refined version of Invade more polished, but still great tracks and retains the bands sound / image, keeps fans happy.

Phenomenon: Too many tracks, quantity over quality the band thought. Even though this album still kept fans real happy. The cracks are showing in the band. Music over money.

Halfway Human; Their Turbo / Lulu Reed. They threw together this piece of recycled shit too fast. (I understand bands cannot make the same album over and over, but look how Elite and Phenomenon came out, they came out great). they're experienced now and want money.

Might as well call them The Devil Wears Prada, Miss May I, The Word Alive. They all sold out for money. I still am holding on to WTR older stuff to listen to from time to time.

I've talked to Tim before, he didn't like the final product because it didn't seem to capture the right energy like their other albums.

I will have to say if you made it this far, I thank you for listening to my 'Opinion'. Personally i really liked Creature a lot myself.
