Here is a fair analysis.

All non-psychedelic drugs: Give you a sense of accomplishment from no work, mess with your reward system and ruin your long term ambitiousness in life.

Weed - most and foremost a shit way to spend time. You just become antisocial and brood in the corner, and spend your time doing really pointless childish shit like watching cartoons and eating doritos. Also 100% causes mental health issues unless you are a rare case. Most stoners have shit lives and are stupid people.

MDMA/cocaine/speed - will mess with your reward system and ruin you, as well as decay your belief in life and therefore your principles, turning you into a piece of shit person.

Opium/heroin - the above but 1000x faster. To be honest if you came into contact with these two before Trainspotting came out and sparked your curiosity, you were probably already fucked in life.

Psychedelics - hard to say. While they feel extremely genuine, and many successful people have used them (eg Bill Gates and Steve Jobs) and learnt from them, the majority of people don't, and remain the same retards they started as.

And to be consistent,

Alcohol - also causes mental health problems for similar reasons.

Stay clean kids, find genuine ways to have fun and maintain an unspoiled reward system that makes you work hard and feel good about it. Find friends that you enjoy spending time with exclusively sober. Read books and expand your horizons. Only then maybe go to the mountains and drop acid.

I only smoke weed, I used to be big on psychedelics but since my bad trip I decided to steer clear of them until I get my head in a proper space, I used to drink but found it boring and costly after a while, and I won't touch anything like heroin or meth.

I've dabbled with codeine and oxy as my sister has a prescription she doesn't use.

Coke is a fucking waste of time though, there's nothing I get from it but I'm not sure as I've only done it whilst smoking copious amounts of weed along side it, the effects where nothing apart from making my high from the weed a lot more cleaner and made me feel less high.

But I guess they do the opposite of one another so it's kind of redundant in the first place but oh well.

I dont intend to spray bullshit on my fav board, so I'll let you know that I'm an eurofag, I have a decent job which provides me benefits, and I mostly chose it because it lets me have free days I usually spend to recover from intense sessions of drug abuse.

It's always been my passion since I was little and I think I found an equilibrium, if I say so myself. I don't consider myself an happy person but it's nothing concerning drugs: if you find balance in doing them, you'll find your way to not take (too much of their) shit. First rule is there's always a price to pay. Always. For every drug.

Let's start with this: there are only two socially accepted drugs, in most cases. Weed/Has and Coke.
Weed is to have a good time with several friends without messing yourself out really bad. Whoever claims he's feeling bad because he binged weed is a moron and probably got drunk in the process. I reccomend not to drink in any case to enjoy drugs, it only messes you up and I personally dont like it.
Weed is k if you are on a couch, 4 or 5 friends watching a soccer match or a program you like. You'll laugh and you'll feel free to socialize if everybody's in. Most people can handle ppl smoking even if they dont do it, so it's quite ok for every social situation.

Coke is quite a different thing, because it's an heavy drug, but it's socially accepted if you're in a different social environment. Only who can afford it does it, and the evening will be different from the soccer on tv or similar stuff, guaranteed.
Coke makes you talkative, sexually alerted, more social than you usually are and it's great to be snorted once or twice per month in somehow "worthy" occasions, like 1st of the year, 15 of aug, spring breaks if you do them, your bday, other significan ppl birthday (if they pay for it) (cont.)

I've got no beef with recreational drug use, so long as it remains recreational. Lost family members and friends to drug/alcohol addiction..just can't understand the conscious effort to ruin your life and yourself every day...so I tend to shy away from any opioids or heavy drinking. I started smoking pot at 16 and at 24 I still smoke nearly every day. Psychedelics showed me a world I'd wrongly refuted as nonexistent for much of my teen years. They taught me a lot about myself and my perceptions, also that my thoughts, choices, and actions determine which possible reality unfurls before my feet each day. I often wonder if my daily marijuana smoking takes is taking away from my life in ways of which I'm unaware, given that my now adult brain formed its pathways in harmony with it. Who knows.
