That is closer to the belief of hellgremlin development and isn't what original fluffies are. Only when trained or abused and turned into such a fluffy is when you see cases like as you explain. I personally believe the ballance is in the middle. A shelter raised pet, one that is born and raised in captivity, or one off the line of Hasbio production will be your sweet innocent angel-like toy that they are meant to be. But when they are introduced into the wild, abused and survive, or forced into unprecedented-for-a-fluffy situation, they learn real life can be cruel and their fragile minds and limited intellect are forced to figure things out in the ways that they can. Which often leads to bad behavior, canalization, selfish demands, etc.

Plus, their overall stupidity can put them into a situation all on its own without any help from the wild or abused behavior, such as pic related.

I don't know, I always looked at it from a realistic standpoint.

First, let me extend an olive branch of peace. I concede that yes, by default, without abuse or training, fluffies are genuinely decent creatures as a whole. They don't wake up one morning and think "Hey, you know what? I'm gonna commit acts of racism, cannibalism, infanticide, rape, mass-murder, and pillaging."

However, I believe that they are also not 100% lovey-dovey all-is-innocent-in-the-world. They could never be in the most realistic scenario possible. Why? Because of how they're built.

It's pretty much accepted canon all-around that Fluffies were created by mixing the DNA of all different types of animals, with the end result being the pasta-driven simpletons we've come to know and love today.

This means that, at their core, Fluffies are wild animals. They are driven by the most basic laws of biology, those which tell you that survival trumps all. Fluffies don't need prior training to snap, and are not above killing, stealing, or even raping, if it means surviving, continuing the species, and coming out on top. That's just how life works.

You cannot have eating, breathing, sleeping, and living- even simulated- without competing.

I believe this is most certainly possible. Dogs and cats learn how to manipulate. Why couldn't a fluffy? Fluffies even have the advantage of speech recognition and meaning of advanced words.
