Whether it's single payer or not they need to re-negotiate medicaid and give the government the ability to negotiate for prices with pharmaceutical companies because they're buying so much. Right now we get the worst healthcare if you are on the network. Trash. If you look up reviews to in network doctors you would be lucky to get one at even two stars. Dentist plans are even worse. For one, they cover orthodontic work. But they don't need to have an orthodontist in their network.

Here's the way it is.

The DoD and DoJ would LOVE to force all federal government workers to use DoD hardware for connections to their networks. The reality however is that most politicians are corporate business people with their own staff of tech support and hardware and they basically refused.

A la' Prohibition, so many people did it that prosecution became impossible (most of Congress and cabinet staff use them), so they subject all servers to ground rules; mainly keeping it patched and its security configs up to date.

Every so often, they check to see if the servers are compliant. If so, all good. If not, they issue a POAM--Plan Of Action and Mitigation--basically a commander's OPORD comes in that they WILL make the system compliant in the ways it is failing by X date or the DoD can and will revoke its right to process classified information.

It is important to note however that none of the above is a CRIMINAL action, citation or course of action.

The ONLY thing that makes a server criminal is if it is found to be the source of a breach of data/dissemination of classified information.

Hillary's server was not fully patched (but wasn't POAM'd yet either) and was NOT found to have been the source of any breaches, therefore it was NOT considered criminally litigatious to the DoD or DoJ.

Finally, only very specific individuals and organizations can classify information and part of what they do at the time of classification is select what individual components in the data are classified (single strings, etc.) and they CANNOT classify data without providing an end date for the classification, at the end of which the groups involved decide whether it reclassify it, lower or increase its classification level and a new date.

NONE of the data in Hillary's server was still classified, it was merely copied from documents that were once classified with the LOWEST level of basic classification.
