And it amazes me that with the tech limits I get the feeling of what was promised of one man's lie more from a linear action adventure game with a fictional economy as part of it's theme more than the actual 2016 game release.

Really wish Rockstar would ditch Take Two for that and self publish after this debacle with OpenIV. They make WAY more than enough to self publish in an age where nearly every platform has a digital download option. Seriously hope they don't model the upcoming Red Dead's MP off GTA:O. Instead of shark cads it'll be sheriff stars or something and it'll be even more of a grindfest if you don't want to spend real money.

Take Two is the company trying to fight mods as hard as they can, Rockstar is seemingly just dragged along. It's good. Definitely not shovelware, it has a tonne of polish and depth. It's too early to say whether the competitive scene will really coalesce into something that will thrive in the long term, but so far it's good a good community and I'm having a lot of fun with it.

Check out 101Leafy's streams if you want to get a sense of the gameplay.

It also of course doesn't hurt that it has amazing character and art design.

In tf2 I have over 100 hours in each: soldier, scout, sniper, and medic. Almost 100 hours in: engi, heavy, and demo. I love the mobility from the first two and practice rocket jumping to relax.
In overwatch I play soldier 76, D.va, tracer, and Bastion.
It may just because I've invested so much time in trading for TF2 that I feel I cant trade it for overwatch.

EA actually improved after they got that second consecutive "Worst Company in America" award a few years ago. Downgrading is such fucking garbage.

Wildlands has the most worthless DLC ever and it's completely seperate from the main game right down to the damn weapons. Then those fucking micros, I got the gold edition for a reason god dammit... oh well, lesson learned.

What really pissed me off was that Far Cry 3 was in the end trash because they got rid of the best villain I've seen in ages WAAAY too early in the game. Vaas was such an entertaining character.
