But the almost last thing is not true. About be payid less. If you mean a wage gap, tehere is a diferenc between wages and earnigs. Generaly man make more than woman. But when you have identical work, you are pay same (If someone doesent do over time.)

Not true. I actually made some research about this and women are not payid less. (About programing i am really sure. Friend has a small company 40-50 people. All pragrammators. And women and men are paid same.

Well this is interesting thought indeed. I took a look at history of sallary in programing.

In 1998 wich was begining of technological BOOM was salary about 55K (In america) Now is the median of Salary 79K (Wich is understandeble.) 23-27K (IO dont know how much money lost their value but i think i know reason of that boom.)

In theori and probably practicali. When woman start programing, at begingig (1985 and around) there wasnt so many compusters. It wasnt so good paid, so they leave and man took it. But as technology was upgrading need for programmers rise up. Wich mean that salary goes up. In nowdays there is needed lot of programmers, thats why it is so lucrative job.

Maybe there (in that times) could be differenc in genders, but i dont think that work is so valou becouse it is done by man. But becouse nowdays there is more of need.
