>most popular rock opera of the last two decades isn't god tier
that album is goat and paranoid is goat punk
RHCP By the way is the only album I have listened to where every track is a 5star track.
Californication has better songs though imo
Did you come hide here on /b/ because you knew /mu/ would laugh you out?
This is the only album to reach a perfect score on IGN Music. While I wouldn't consider this album God Tier, its still a well written album that did extremely well.
I'd place it third out of Green Day's albums. Dookie and RevRad come first for me though.
Oh wait, everybody on /b/ is an edgy 14 year old Trump Supporter, so they they still whine about how Green Day is anti-Trump, and call everybody else an edgy 14 year old for liking their music. Ah, the idiocy. The American Idiocy, if you will.
Can't beat a bit of punk combined with a *bit* of metal
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH Fuck I would love to waltz through life with your level of stupidity and naivety once more. Those were the days
Spongebob's soundtrack is underrated
I'm not a big fan of greenday or the genre but american idiot is a great album.
I will name some good albums
miseducation of lauryn hill
bloc party weekend in the city
the xx xx
metric old world blues
When me and all my friends were listening to The Offspring, the Mormon kids at my highschool were all listening to this shitty family friendly "punk" band. In my whole county area Sum 41 became famously unpopular because of it
If you want to be a sheep, at least do it right
>Everyone of their songs sounds the same
>never listened to RHCP
>has biased hateful opinion
2 goat song, from the same album. sound completely different
They aren't even the best tracks off the album.
Of course if you are referring to them "sounding the same" is because of their musical style/genre, then you are a complete retard.
I'll keep posting that in these threads until someone recognizes this.
Nah. I have a bunch of thier stuff on my HDD. I so like a good bit of thier music. Not good tier by any stretch of the imagination. Someone pointed out the formulaic nature of many of the bass lines and phrasing and now it's always what my ears tune into. No h8 intended.
>Sad Indian poster
You shouldn't assume that I have a problem with MCR.
To my beloved, Emofag.
As someone who loves music, and pretty much every genre out there, it's pretty hard to choose.
I liked Cowboys better than Vulgar.
I could post almost any of their albums really
fuck me hard in the ass i forgot the image
Missing the best Pink Floyd album
With some exceptions here and there, this thread has so much shit I am ashamed of even using the same website as these people.
Fucking Oasis being posted over and over.
Some really shitty "metal" also.
That word makes me cringe nowadays.
Fucking metal was a thing to behold back in the day.
Now what do people think metal is?
Some fucking redneck piece of shit screaming his lungs out or some Swedish mother fucker masking his shitty English by doing a Batman impersonation times 10.
Fuck all of you, and your gay ass taste in music. Fags.
>buying a fucking rolex
>buying a fucking watch
>spending 3000 on anything but a car or house
>muh syd barret
he was just a crazy person that was mediocre guitar player. nothing on that album compares to David Gilmour's later guitar work, so fuck off with your hipster ass.
Songwriting on Piper is way better than songwriting on The Wall. Piper is real music.
Ahm is embaressment tier trash
Haven't seen this yet wtf.
One of the best debut albums ever
>mfw I don't let mass culture dictate what I like
And that is a fucking great album btw
how autistic do you have to be to unironically post these?
>mfw i will never be in a sweaty buff man orgy
Whats even the point of living?
favorite song on this is probably bad wings or dream within a dream.
I second that, Messengers was a fantastic album. But I believe that this album is GOAT. Heavy, Melodic. Incorporates other styles into it. Vocal Range, Lyricism. Overall a masterpiece.
oh for sure -- they've definitely evolved and experimented in ways that I LOVE. Parkway Drive was a favorite of mine as well, but they went in a very different direction that I didn't like. You know them?
>albums that are liked by the majority of people
So, there are about eight billion people living on this planet, not including the billions of people that are no longer present who were present when music was present. Let's maybe get a specific demographic here.
>critical and financial successes
You realize many of the prog records released in the 60s, 70s and 80s that have leagues of fans now and critical acclaim now (not so much financial, you'll find), were pretty much duds back when they were released? So again, are we talking forty years after a record is released or immediately after that record is released?
All you niggers need Shaun James in your lives. Literally all the songs are fantastic on this album
This thread is an absolute shitshow... Still...
Dev is love
Dev is life
>Feel Good Inc.
Glad I have it on flac.
Humanz was... Slightly more "muh niggaz an shiet" than usual. Usually the rappers would possess Russel, like in Clint Eastwood.
