If you like web design with medicine I'll assume you're stupid. Law is easier too. Took a practice LSAT no studying just to see. It's pretty fucking light of a test. I'd keep it mid tier though.

Psychology depends. Again, neuroscience (computational involves programming and mathematical models to use as well). I'd move it to low tier since it's pretty trash but has a few harder spots.

I know that it wears you down. Luckily I only have to sleep a few hours a night and I get a lot of free time. It's mostly memorization. My class is suffering but I skim our lectures and do fine on tests even taking time off on weekends to chill for a day or a day and a half when presented the opportunity. If you can't memorize a shitload of information then you're toast. Luckily I remember mostly everything I'm told as I'm fed it so the analytical skills necessary are minimal in anything but research oriented deals.

But as for stupid doctors, well.. the average IQ of a physician is pretty high. So I wouldn't say that. The stupid doctors I see are the assholes who go to the bahamas or out of the country and test in... if they're even able to or DO schools (some DOs are smart but lazy undergrads but I don't meet as many bright DOs).
