Might be worms, but also might be just irritaed skin. I had/have that also. I was scratching myself with toilet paper because of an itch and the more the skin gets irritated the more I scratch. In the day it's easy to control but in the night I scratch unsconsciously which makes it worse. I went to the doctor and guess what he told me, guest what he told me? He said you better try to have fun no matter what you do, but he's a fool. Also he gave me some cream containing cortison and something like that, which really helped for some time.
