1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
mix (optional: add dry spices like garlic powder or whatever you fancy, especially if making bread sticks from this also)

2/3 C warm water
1 1/4 tsp yeast (~a packet IIRC)
mix, sit 5-10 min (optional?)

oil up inside of cast iron skillet
mix all above, put in skillet, cover and wait .5 - 2 hr. Dough will spread itself, so no need to roll and deal with that mess.

Any sauce, any toppings.

Bake 10-20 min @ 350 degrees (flexible depending on thickness and toppings... 10 min then check every 5 is good rule of thumb. Visually observe toppings and/or poke crust with utensil and should be obvious.

Tastes better than most delivery. Very easy. Downside is the .5-2 hr wait for dough to rise. But how long will you wait for delivery.
