Racism comes in many forms. Not all racists are militant racial supremacists. Not all of them want to exterminate other groups. On some level, they realize that violence and genocide are immoral, and do not wish to be associated with it. Most people who could be called racist, would actually be perfectly satisfied if the world would give them a little breathing room, and stop trying to punish them for thought crimes. If society is to be inclusive, then it should be inclusive of everyone.

I'm not trying to justify racism, I just realize that a substantial portion of it today is the result of all the white guilt bullshit, combined with living in an a society where upward mobility is quickly becoming a thing of the past.
