I've read the first couple of paragraphs, and I'm intrigued, but I'm not going to read the rest without a rewrite. Here's some specific feedback:

That's not really how people describe apartments. Cheap, tenement, shantytown, run-down, shitty, crummy, etc. but not "low-quality". It also sounds repetitive with the low- in the next clause.

Find another way of describing this. This makes it sound like being qualified has some specific numerical rating or something.

Or just drop "both" and say "all".

I read that one when you posted it recently, last night, I think, and I enjoyed it. I was less tough on it in my head than I was on the other guys because yours is formatted as a greentext story. Funny how that changes things, but when you spend years reading vignettes comprised of incomplete sentences on 4chan, you get used to it. If it were to be rewritten as normal prose, it would obviously need a lot of rewriting. Lots of grammatical errors.

I enjoyed the story itself. Smarty abuse is always fun. I liked that the protagonist is a breeder who always seems to "know a guy", whether it's an abuser to whom he can sell smarties, or a guy with a stallion who can come over and rough up and inseminate a mare. Speaking of which, the scene with Sunny was amusing. Anyway, having known a number of small businessmen, that struck me as realistic.

I'm not clear on the background of the "nursey mares". Unless that's part of the fandom that I'm just unaware of, some more about them would be useful. Perhaps we'll get a better sense of that as the story of the new nursey mare develops in future chapters?
