OK, here's the facts, OP, as someone who used to work for R* North.

If you read "I work for rockstar, GTA 6 is going to be..." they're lying.

to work for them, I had a 32-page non-disclosure agreement which had clauses gagging me for 7 years after I ceased working for them.
And they are VERY paranoid about leaks. Up until internal testing is underway, most people will not know the details of storyline etc. They MAY know the location if they're in the art department, by using the source material the scouting teams have gathered. but the guys creating the vehicles, etc, they wont know fully. same with coders, in many areas.

R* are viciously paranoid about security - breach the NDA and it gets found out in the morning, your desk is empty by the afternoon. and you will not be getting a reference for your next job. They have enough clout, if you're kicked, your career could be over.

(and trust me when I say its hard work in there. I know people who were pulling 85+ hour weeks in the close of the one I worked on. I couldnt keep going like that, I burnt out. )

So all you are reading here is speculation from fans, and rumours.

Because I'm not going to go into my accounts from 2008, and pull out a paycheck from them solely to prove it. Nor would describing the route through the back door of the Calton Road offices with the black RFID chip keyfobs we used to go in and out out of hours, be any use, since the only people who know that route are the old staff from the old office, and they arent going to be talking. And half the staff nowadays wont know to be able to verify that, because they moved to the old Scotsman newspaper offices about 4 years ago now, even IF the staff were on here to verify it.

Nor would be be any use if I listed my work colleagues - after all, their names are on the credits, easily googled - as is mine. And even if it were the case, well, you have no idea which staffers are in R* north, or in San Diego, or the NYC office.

So what I am saying is, I, like anyone else, claiming to be a R* employee, past or even more so, present, should be considered a utter fucking liar.

If they are not, they do not know the slightest truth.

And if their NDA has expired, like mine, they will know absolutely fuck-all about the future releases, because I for instance was there when GTAV was still in pre-production, yet alone released, and GTA6 wasnt even on the schedule.

I've given you reasons why - the NDA the size of a brick, the departmental security that limits information of plot narrative in the offices to those who are relevant to know it.
(there's about 700 staffers there. even if I was the biggest liar on the planet, I think you can agree, its fucking unlikely that the junior animator and the QA guy who's testing the AI pathing doesn't keep walking into walls are fully informed on what the story-line is.)
